Stretching the definitions of Rap/Hip-Hop (or any music) is something you can count on the The Streets for. Here Skinner’s spoken-word drawl is at it’s most palatable, then Ghostpoet limbers up and demonstrates why he’s the most exciting man on the mic in the UK at the moment. It’s trippy and jerky in terms of musical production but with such wayward wordplay it’s worth three listens.
